This fantastic truth is set forth from the very beginning. When God created the heavens and the earth, He created them of unseen things. The unseen things are known to exist by how they interact and are manifested on a scale we can see, both with the natural eyes and the spiritual eye and mind. In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth and, it says, the earth “was” without form and void”. Careful consideration and searching of definitions leads to the understanding that the earth “became” without form and void, rather than having been created that way. The earth was created with form and content, and something happened, such that form and content were lost. And immediately the Spirit of the Lord set about to restore form and content. I am persuaded that when we read how that Man walked in a place provided, a place of illumination, man had form and content tangible to God. Something happened, such that as the Voice of the Lord walked in the garden, the tangibility was gone, and the Lord asked, “where are you?”. Man was not created without form and devoid of content, he became that way. And immediately the Lord, though He was not responsible for this tragedy, the Lord set about the work of redemption and restitution. And that work would be perfected and completed in one who would be born of a woman. In the interim, the Lord clothed man with skins…with what you are holding when you pinch a bit of your skin between thumb and forefinger. It is a tent. It can never inherit the kingdom of God.
It is completely in order to read genesis, the opening chapters, and view the distinction between the “heavens and the earth” as the same distinction set forth in Einstein’s famous equation: E = mc2. It is an account of creation, and all of creation is taken into account. In the equation, E is energy, or “light”. Natural light is of vast energy levels, frequencies, spectrum, etc. It is far more than what little bit the human eye can perceive. “mc2” is the speed of light squared. The mathematical truth of the equation simply states that energy and matter are in essence, the same thing. E=m. The constant, the speed of light squared, gives quantity to the truth. It tells you how much matter equates to how much energy. A very crude and inaccurate analogy would be to say that ice and water vapour are the same thing. A little math would be needed to say how much energy is required to cause a quantity of ice to become water vapour. The example is crude, but I think helpful.
Notice in the account in Genesis 1, that the stars, the sun, the moon, etc., were created some time after light. Think about that. Light existed in abundance in the creation, all the light that was created, before the wonderful engines called stars, which we attribute with making light. What they do, is convert some matter back into light, along with producing heavier elements from lighter, via fusion, and in their death, via fission. When a star begins to produce iron, it dies. It dies swiftly, and violently. Iron is a worthy study in scripture, and when Jesus saw a star fall, He could not at that time have conveyed to humanity, the natural occurrences, as humanity did not possess the knowledge at that time, to comprehend it. But once a star enters into iron production, it falls and produces all of the natural heavy elements craved by fallen man…gold, silver, etc., the materials of Nebuchadnezzar’s vision, but that is another study. Another place to think/meditate on this general truth, is in the book of Jude. Wandering stars are not stars. They are “planetos”…planets, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness. They produce no light at all, they only reflect it. Planetos means “wanderers”, a name derived from them being seen to move about in the night sky seasonally, which a true star will not do. Thus they are falsely given esteem and are included in the heavenly message recorded in the stars, but do not belong in it. To rightly read the heavenly gospel, one must learn to discount these usurpers. Daniel saw that those who lead many to righteousness, will shine as the stars of heaven. Not as the planets, which have no place in the message.
Fusion in Stars ![]() Swirls of hydrogen and helium gas condensed into huge clouds. The gravitational force at the core brought the matter closer and closer together until some of the nuclei coalesced. This produced energy, the heat and light of the stars. What is Fusion? Fusion a type of nuclear reaction where two nuclei come together to form the nucleus of a different element. Each element has a particular number of protons in the nucleus. Isotopes of an element all have the same number of protons but different numbers of neutrons. In the core of a star, gravity produces high density and high temperature. The density of gas in the core of our sun is 160 g/cm3, much higher than the densest metal, and the temperature is 15,000,000 K (27 million degrees Fahrenheit). At this temperature, the hydrogen and helium gases become a plasma. That is, the electrons separate from the nuclei to give a mix of positively charged ions and electrons. Under these conditions protons (H-1) react with other protons to make deuterium nuclei (H-2) and positrons. The deuterium nuclei can merge to form a helium nuclei (He-4), or they can interact with other protons to make another isotope of helium (He-3). Two He-3 nuclei can fuse to make a nucleus of an unstable beryllium nucleus (Be-6) that breaks apart to give He-4 and two protons. Energy is released at each step. ![]() The fusion of hydrogen nuclei uses up hydrogen to produce helium and energy. Hydrogen is the fuel for the process. As the hydrogen is used up, the core of the star condenses and heats up even more. This promotes the fusion of heavier and heavier elements, ultimately forming all the elements up to iron. ![]() Energy from Hydrogen Fusion In going from hydrogen to iron, energy is released as nuclei fuse to make bigger ones. Why? The protons and neutrons are held together through a type of energy called nuclear binding energy. The nuclear binding energy for H-1, a proton, is zero because there is only one particle in the nucleus. As the number of particles in the nucleus increases, energy is released. This is the same amount of energy that is required to break them apart. Energy in this table is reported in units of MeV or mega-electron volts. A MeV is equal to 1.602 x 10-13 joules. ![]() From Hyperphysics: http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/nucene/nucbin.html Another way to think of the energy released by fusion is to look at the change in mass. The total mass of the helium nucleus is less than the sum of the mass of the 4 particles that make it up. ![]() Why stop at Iron? ![]() How did the heavier elements form? It was from the energy of other explosions. A large, exploding star or supernova releases the energy needed to fuse all of the heavier elements. The Earth and all of the material on it were formed from stardust! |
When we look at the night sky and say it is dark, we are not seeing the truth. Space is full of light. It is bathed in it. When the moon is in the night sky, we speak of “moonlight”. But what is moonlight? it is reflected sunlight. The moon can not produce light. It is the lesser light of the sky to reflect the light of the sun in time of darkness. But when it does this, it does so because the matter of the moon and natural light are of the same thing. Because of the unique relationship between matter and light, matter is able to declare the presence of light, and to reveal much of light’s properties.

“I and My Father are one”
John 7:28-29 ” Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not. But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me”.
2Co 5:17-19 “Therefore if any man [be] in Christ, [he is] a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. And all things [are] of God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation”.
The equation Einstein gave us tells us how much energy is bound up in a quantity of matter. But in the case of Jesus Christ, the question is, “how much of God was in Christ, reconciling the world to Himself”? The answer is ALL. In Him dwelt ALL the fullness of the Godhead bodily. And now in resurrection, it is written of Him, that in Him dwells all the fullness of the godhead bodily AND ye are complete in Him”…we are added to Him in resurrection.
In the old times, a covenant was often accompanied by a meal shared between the parties to the covenant. The appearance of covenants take two initial forms in the old testament. The covenant with Noah, and the covenant with Abraham. In Moses, the particulars of the covenant were spelled out. But they were not kept or fulfilled. In Jeremiah, the Lord said this, reiterated by Paul:
[Jer 31:31-34 KJV] 31 Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah: 32 Not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day [that] I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they brake, although I was an husband unto them, saith the LORD: 33 But this [shall be] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
[Heb 8:10 KJV] 10 For this [is] the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, saith the Lord; I will put my laws into their mind, and write them in their hearts: and I will be to them a God, and they shall be to me a people:
[Heb 10:16 KJV] 16 This [is] the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them;
Christ in you is the new covenant. He is the Israel of God. He and them begotten to God in Him. He was the WORD made flesh. He was also THE LIGHT made flesh. The nature of the covenant includes the never ending breaking of bread we participate with in Him. The true bread of heaven that is in you, the Hidden Manna that can not be found or duplicated in the world. Not the reflected light of religion and religious authoritarian mediators, scholars and interpreters, all of which Christ has taken out of the equation. Christ Himself in you, the new covenant and the new and living way. He Himself, your teacher and your inheritance. He spoke in some places of the undesirable condition of being found naked. If and when the tabernacle of your flesh is dissolved, you will not be found naked if Christ is in you. You have the house eternal in the heavens, the Father’s house of many houses, which He has come again and received you to. And though this tent be dissolved:
[2Co 5:1 KJV] 1 For we know that if our earthly house of [this] tabernacle were dissolved, we have a building of God, an house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens.
We KNOW we HAVE….
Jesus Christ came from the Father and so, as declared in the gospel of creation, is able to declare to us the Father, precisely because He is of the Father…as matter revealing light teaches us.
[Jhn 14:21-26 KJV] 21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him. 22 Judas saith unto him, not Iscariot, Lord, how is it that thou wilt manifest thyself unto us, and not unto the world? 23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. 24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me. 25 These things have I spoken unto you, being [yet] present with you. 26 But the Comforter, [which is] the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.
