Three men were taken into a mountain where they saw something. They saw Jesus changed in appearance before their eyes. They saw Moses and Elijah appear in the same transfigured fashion. They saw and heard a cloud of glory and a voice from the cloud; This is my son, hear him. They saw the overshadowing of Jesus, revealed in the glory of the Father, and the glory also revealed in Moses and Elijah, who, as figures of the law and the prophets, had served to testify of Christ. Their testimony coincides with that of the Father: This is the Son of God, hear him.

For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me.

Then he said unto them, O fools, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken:  Ought not Christ to have suffered these things, and to enter into his glory?  And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.

All the law and the prophets are fulfilled in you, when you believe the one of whom they were given to bear witness. That is their principle purpose. Jesus was asked many things, many times, by disciples looking for answers.

Labor not for the meat which perishes, but for that meat which endures unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.  Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?  Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

What is our CROWN (corona)? Is it not also the seal whereby we are sealed? that Holy Spirit of promise who adorns the head, washes and instructs the mind? It is written (of them who have the hearing of faith) that we have the mind of Christ. We are made the benefactors of his thinking. It is revealed in them thus sealed.

The three men taken into the mount and cloud (figures themselves of The Father) were Peter, James and John. Why these three alone experienced this, I do not claim to know. But I do consider that it no doubt worked clarity and sobriety in them, and if you read the things they wrote, you may understand that the things were written from that perspective.

Peter wrote of the experience and said that they beheld, in the experience, the power and coming of the kingdom of God. Moses and Elijah were transfigured with Christ.

John wrote in his epistles exhaustively of The Truth. He wrote how that the Anointing, the Unction, the seal we have received is the truth, is no lie, and Himself will teach you concerning all things. John expounded how that the Spirit of Christ will make manifest, every false teaching and teacher.

James also wrote of  the truth, and of the lie.

My brethren, be not many masters, knowing that we shall receive the greater condemnation.  For in many things we offend all. If any man offend not in word, the same [is] a perfect man, [and] able also to bridle the whole body.  Behold, we put bits in the horses’ mouths, that they may obey us; and we turn about their whole body.  Behold also the ships, which though [they be] so great, and [are] driven of fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the governor listeth.  Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!  And the tongue [is] a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

Question: What is the general, aggregate state, mentally speaking, of the average church goer? an estate of faith and peace? or fear?

James writes of the crown-stealing rampant effect of the unbridled, untruthful tongue. He said it (the lying tongue) defiles the whole body, setting on fire, the course of nature, a fire originating in hell (that place reserved for destruction; reserved for the Liar and his angels).

Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels: And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.

(I encourage the reader to read the first three chapters of the book of revelation, and carefully consider the things at work in the assemblies, as revealed to them by the Holy Spirit.)

When Peter once contradicted something Jesus said that Jesus must go through, Jesus turned about and said “get behind me Satan, you do not crave the things of God, but of man”. Jesus was not calling Peter “Satan”, was not accusing him of being “possessed”, or any such thing. Jesus knew where Peter’s thinking was from at that moment, and put it down. When many disciples message was rejected in a town, they asked Jesus whether they should call down fire from heaven and destroy the town. Jesus said to them, “you don’t realize what manner of spirit you are of”. I do not believe the disciples were a devil-filled mob, ready to be choked in the sea like a heard of swine. But their thinking in that moment deserved such treatment. It was not wisdom from above.

James went on to say:

Who [is] a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.  But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth.  This wisdom descends not from above, but [is] earthly, sensual, devilish.  For where envying and strife [is], there [is] confusion and every evil work.  But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, [and] easy to be entreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.  And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.

Jesus once heard a man crying from the tombs…the place of the dead. In the man’s case, the living dead. (in considering the concept of the living dead, read what was said to a church: [Rev 3:1-2 KJV]  ” And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.  Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God”. Could a tomb with a man living in it be thus described?

Jesus came to the man, who ran to Him. Jesus asked his name: “…my name is legion, for we are many”. This man was tormented. He had his own God given mind, but it gave ear to many, many voices. The mind that can not tell a lie from the truth is comparable to a cell infected with a virus. The cell has an original DNA. But it is lost somehow. The cell is driving itself to destruction, replicating a message that does not belong in it. Jesus drove away all foreign thinking from the man, who thereafter was found clothed, in his right mind (his rightful CROWN restored), and sitting at Jesus’ feet.

I am not implying that any are devil filled. But to heed wisdom and council that proceeds from below has the same end.

The churches are full of doctrines and teachers. There are no end of writings and books out there. There is only one book I know of however, which Jesus has gifted the mind of the believer to understand. There are many winds and doctrines out there. But he that has THE doctrine of Christ, has both the Father and the Son (2John 1:9)

This is a lot of words, but the intent is that any reading, might know that Jesus is THE TRUTH.  God, The Father, has mercifully brought to light, and made evident, the fact that a nation lead by many decades of men and women willing to lie to further their own ends, produces a nation so deep in trouble, that it borders on comical, watching them try to back their way out of it. I AM NOT BEING POLITICAL. Let that be furthest from the mind. I am pointing out that the simple lie, like a virus, can have huge, compounding consequences. This message is being screamed world wide, for any who have an ear to hear.

Read. Pray. Believe. Let no man take your crown.
